About Flores & Pine
The name is Flores & Pine. Who is Flores?
Flores LaDue, ‘First Lady of the Calgary Stampede’, was the wife of Calgary Stampede founder Guy Weadick. An accomplished roper and performer, Flores’ vaudeville performances took her all over the world, including under the bright lights of the Broadway stage.
Flores then settled in Alberta in 1912 and helped her husband jumpstart the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, later retiring as the undefeated World Champion Lady Fancy Roper after 31 years of competing.

The menu will focus on sustainability, as well as a variety of food options to accommodate dietary restrictions and tastes. Come as you are – straight from work, in your blue jeans or Sunday best – what’s most important is your experience.
